Cacao Bakery was created in 2021 with a small idea and a big dream of starting a neighbourhood bakery. Since then, we have slowly developed our recipes, style and signature creations to share.
Cacao Bakery recognises the vast and amazing cultures that are present in London and enjoy incorporating exciting and diverse flavours into our baked goods; pioneered by the inspired Caribbean cuisine.
We believe in being a bakery where great cakes are made for great occasions and great people. Everything we bake begins with quality ingredients and a genuine care for the moments they’re a part of. From everyday celebrations to life’s milestones, our cakes are made to bring people together, to be shared, enjoyed, and remembered. Simple, thoughtful baking, rooted in community and made with love.
We use layers of homemade sponges, jams, ganaches, creams and curds to form our treats. We limit the amount of outsourced decorations for our cakes to ensure authenticity and quality for our customers. We use a high quality, homemade toppings to decorate some of our most popular cakes.
We enjoy supplying cakes for corporate events, private celebrations and take great pleasure in creating memorable cakes for our beloved customers that mark their occasions with us.
