We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to the highest standard. However, we kindly ask that you check your order upon collection to ensure it is correct and in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Where possible, we will do our best to arrange a suitable replacement within the required timeframe.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred once the order has been collected.

To request a credit note or refund, you must:

Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

Include proof of purchase (online order confirmation)

Submit all documentation within 24 hours of receipt

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds without the required proof of purchase. All approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
